| Alexander advises on the drafting of contracts in the industrial and international context with a focus on the cross-border sale of machines, facilities and goods, distribution agreements and industrial tenancy agreements.Along with Christian Thalmaier, Alexander acts as „external legal department“ for several mid-sized and large enterprises. He advises and supports national enterprises seeking to extend their activities abroad, as well as international investors who wish to enter the German or European market.Alexander has considerable experience in accompanying beginning conflicts out of court as well as in litigating complex law suits both in national courts and in international arbitration proceedings. As an accredited specialist, Alexander provides advice to employers and employees on all matters related to collective and individual Labour Law.
