Our law firm provides comprehensive advice on the preparation, development and termination of international trade relations. We support our clients in the organization of their business operations abroad and in establishing subsidiaries.

Furthermore, we accompany foreign companies seeking to extend their business operations to Germany or Europe, or are engaged in litigation in Germany. In the course of worldwide registration of industrial IP rights, we coordinate the administrative proceedings.
